1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Malfettone Electric LLC website and customer portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Customer Portal
The customer portal is provided as a convenience for existing customers with signed estimates. Your portal account is linked to your service agreement with Malfettone Electric LLC. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Referral Program
Referral credits are applied at our discretion and are non-transferable. Credits expire 12 months after issuance. Referral discounts apply only to the first job for the referred customer. Malfettone Electric LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
4. Payments
Payment terms are as specified in your signed estimate or invoice. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. Malfettone Electric LLC does not store your credit card information.
5. Limitation of Liability
The customer portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Malfettone Electric LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the portal. Service warranties are governed by your signed service agreement.
